Inspiration
When thinking about hoopers who use little hoops, Spiral really comes to mind for me. She's so fast with her hoop and yet can freeze it so cleanly when she needs too. Here's one of her videos. I'm sure she's got other ones out there with even smaller hoops but this one is one of my favourites.
