Friday, June 7 there's a Baltimore Circus presentation! Part circus performance, part theatrical display, part dance party, with cupcakes! Buy tickets online, or volunteer to help out the night of the event in exchange for free admission. And they still need performers, so it's not too late to join in! I'll be performing in a very small capacity, and also baking vegan yummies for the cupcake table. Hope to see you there!

Hey, everyone! Date & time have been finalized for the picnic/hoop jam next month. :) Feel free to pass the info along to anybody who might be interested.

Bring your hoops and a vegan/gluten-free picnic dish!

Who wants to break the Hoop Workout World Record tomorrow in the Kentlands? Here's the scoop:
* We need a minimum of 293 participants * Every participant MUST have a hoola hoop * Every participant MUST complete the full 1.5 minute workout (you read that right... ONE AND A HALF MINUTES) ... * There will be three different moves that every participant must do. They will be as follows: ** 30 seconds of waist hooping ** 30 second of waist hooping while doing side arm circles ** 30 seconds of hoop jumping (similar to jumping rope) * If any participant stops, the clock stops and we ALL have to start again.
