Hoopers, dancers, poi spinners, friends, and new friends join the STL Hoop Club on World Hoop Day to celebrate the hoop. I cannot think of a better place to host this event but at the Botanical Gardens in St. Louis. Know for its beauty, you could spend a week roaming this garden.
And in World Hoop Day tradition we have a goal to donate 100 hoops to the St. Louis School District. Last year our donation really made a big impact ...on many students lives at the International Welcome Center in South City. Lets pull together and make it happen again!
Donations of hoop building materials which include tube, tape, and connectors are needed as well as already assembled hoops and cash to buy hoop products. If you can only donate your time, we will gladly take help with the assembly process. You can email me at email@example.com to drop off your donation or bring your items to any hoop jam or World Hoop Day 2010.

The event schedule starts with an hour of amazing hoop dance performance followed by two workshops. A beginners and advanced will be offered. If we have a large turnout, groups will be formed to accomodate all that come.
We will have demo hoops for people to use, but recommend you to bring a hoop if you have one.
After the workshop we will all participate in an Open Hoop Jam!
