Hey you guys! I've become a very active poi spinner over the last year since moving to Asheville, NC. In return, it has helped me immensely with coming up with new movements to do with my mini hoops. I've been inspired by all of the tech blogs that many poi spinners have come out with demonstrating challenging new movements and concepts. So, I decided to do the same with my mini hoops. I just wanted to share my first tech blog video with this group. Feedback is always welcomed and appreciated.

Part one: anti spin flowers, 1.5s, 3bt weave, spiral wrap, same direction wall plane flowers (with and without added extensions)
