Hoop Path Workshop in Bozeman!
Hello Hooping Friends,
We have an opportunity to host a Hoop Path Weekend Workshop with Baxter this fall in Bozeman! The cost for the workshop would be $120 for a Sat and Sun sessions. It's a little steep, but from what I've heard from literally EVERYONE who's attended his workshops, it'll blow your mind and open your heart. This is a feeling-it-out email to see who would be interested. We'd have to gather about 15 people to make it worth his while to fly in. Please let me know! The date would be sometime in Oct or Nov.
More about Hoop Path at www.hooppath.com.
We Bozeman Hoopers would be happy to welcome other MT hoopers into our homes, campers, etc. and/or share meals if you come over for the workshop.
Hoop Love,
AshleyIs anyone interested in going to the Love Your Mother Earth Fest or Hullabaloo Fest at Ryan Creek Meadows (outdoor venue with free camping in Clinton, MT- right outside of Missoula). LYME is going to have this sick dude play- Michael Menert (on the Pretty Lights label) , as well as many others, it's June 16-18th and only $35! Hullabaloo is $15 in advance.. and is my favorite lineup for fests in MT this summer... Govinda, Bluetech, DJ Mr Rogers (think Brecken's festival video),Phutureprimitive-all amazing!... it's June 24-26th. Although I haven't met most of you, I'd love to unite the MT hoopers and have a blast hooping to some live music this summer! I'm almost positive I'm going to a couple days of both fests... so let me know if anyone's down to get their hoop on.
Sending hoop love to you all :)
Ryan

I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. In my bedroom held my boom box. Loud music would draw my angry step father towards my room. But I had to dance, so from a young age I would take a few preventable beatings so I could dance in my bedroom. Pretending I'm dancing on stage with Brain Setzer, I had trained myself to ingore reality while I dance. Even…

I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing. In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes. All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession. I was so upset ,not for myself, but my students would have nothing to take class with. There…
