What do you mean? Stores that sell hoops? Or hoopers in store windows?

And where are you located?

stores that sell hoops and such. Im in shelton ct, fairfield county.

Yea it can be hard to get them sold in a store. I see them at random shows though. You'll always find hoops if you hang around hippies.
