Hey, we have a flow arts studio in Sussex and have an open jam this Friday (and every Friday) from 6-7:30. It's a nice big space and we have mats and will be practicing partner acro yoga as well. Come on out and play! or

I'm in Bergen county and I really wanna learn. :( I wanna buy videos and stuff but I have no space and no privacy. There's always someone (who has no idea what they're talking about) commenting on my screw ups. I'm really glad to hear about the flow arts opening up!

Would anybody like a brand new hoop for free or dirt cheap? I've been making hoops for a few years and decided to stop making and selling them as I have other endeavors which are taking up my time. Also, these hoops are taking up way too much space. I'm located in South Jersey, about 15 minutes outside of Philly. Please message me if you would like a hoop. Name your price and it's yours. If you can't afford one, you can just have it.

Hello! Are there any hoopers around the trenton nj area that know or teach hooping? I'm still getting used to hooping and would love to have an actual teacher rather than youtube videos. :)
