My name is Cara. 21 years young. Girlfriend, mother, anything vintage enthusiast, iPhoneographer, blogger, and baby hooper. I'm so stoked to be apart of this world! I'm new, like only 3 weeks in! I practice everyday, for a couple hours each day! I mainly started hooping because I'm trying to tone up and lose weight, and I heard it's a fantastic full body exercise. Well, it's a great exercise, but now I'm just in love with the art form! It's wonderful! I'm excited to be a part of this community, and I hope to learn a lot from you guys!

Hey there! I'm Riley, I'm 22, and I just moved to Oregon with my boyfriend with whom I'm completely in love. I actually got a hoop this summer, but I've been so busy with other things, I haven't pulled it out until now. So I'm really excited to get started hooping!

My name is Adri.. but everyone calls me AdriFace. I just turned 21 and I fell in love with hooping for a lot of different reasons. :) I don't have any kids and am currently just a student in college and I have no kids so I have a lot of extra time to practice my ass off! Everyone can add me if they'd like to swap tips! I live around Denton, Texas.

My name is Silver, I'm 23 and I have been obsessed with watching hooping lately lol I ordered my first hoop from Hoopnotica along with the instructional DVDs and I'm hoping I'll be able to hoop. I don't know if I'm feeling very confident about it but I need to change that! Feel free to add me as a friend, I'm looking for people who are active on this site, mostly for inspiration and to watch your progress as I try to progress so I don't feel so alone haha.

Anyway, I live in South Florida with my boyfriend and 2 pooches. I don't do much else so I'm really looking forward to putting my all into hooping.

Hi! My name is Carrie. I live in Dunedin FL with my husband and crazy energetic three year old daughter Lake. I fell in love with hoop dance about a year ago, saw someone doing it at a show at our local brewery. I have since then bought two hoops and practiced off and on. Just recently I picked up my hoop and decided it is time to get serious and dedicated. I spend all my day going for my husband, our daughter and our pets.....it is time to do something for me. 

So excited to begin this journey and learn and be inspired by all you hoopers who see what an amazing expression and art form that hooping is <3
