JuleeAnn Dare... I agree it is a shame! My friends and I have started a hoop group and are trying to change the fact that there's not enough jams and classes in the Phoenix area.
We're starting to get into the swing of things and have our first class tonight at Phoenix Center for the Arts at 7:45pm if you're interested. You can also see updated community events on our facebook.... www.facebook.com/headyhooptribe
Hope this helps and looking forward to hooping with you! Also, you should come out to Civic Space Jam every 4th Sunday at Civic Space Park. There's always hoopers there. I'll be there this month! :)
