Hi Hoopers!

Chest hooping is a long and challenging process, it is however, incredibly rewarding and satisfying to smooth out. In this lesson you'll learn the basics of chest hooping to help you get started moving with the hoop while maintaining it on the chest. We'll also learn how to raise the hoop up our body in two difference ways. One using our arms to shimmy the hoop up and the other with no hands and using only our torso to magically chi the hoop up.

Much love,

I can start to download it. I'm in Cambodia right now so downloading the whole thing would take awhile.

Is everyone having trouble with that one?

now I understand finally  (:   WOW.     it functions owing to you. Thank you

In my bedroom held my boom box. Loud music would draw my angry step father towards my room. But I had to dance, so from a young age I would take a few preventable beatings so I could dance in my bedroom.
