The first time I commented on this I couldn't view the video. Thanks so much for posting this. I know what you mean, I can relate to this so much... it makes perfect sense.

Yes I watched it after I had the same kind of experience and my friend suggested I should watch Jill's explanation :) This is very beautifully and informatively explained.

I had the same experience for a shorter time. It was in one morning that I just had woke up and I really couldn't tell if the atoms in the bookshelf were part of my body. Same with my hand. Everything was one. I just laid in bed and felt so thankful of this experience! I had the capability to realize that the state wouldn't last long. The border state between sleep and awake is a very fruitful and exciting area to explore!
