Happy new years everyone to start with I had the most amazing new years with the best people..

Last night I picked up my hoop after eating 2 hits and feeling amazing I decided to try out reversals..I have been working on them for what seems like forever and I completely nailed it the first time :) I felt the hoop move in the opposite current perfectly and was able to switch directions effortlessly and reverse and again. I was jumping with joy literally and jumped into my boyfriends arms who knew completely how exciting this was..he had watched me all day try and try and when going my opposite direction the hoop falls.

I found myself inside my hoop last night I could feel the engery pulsing through my body and out my finger tips to my hoop. I wanted to capture that moment forever I just didn't want to put my hoop down. I was the center and energy last night I felt every little movement my hoop made every little wobble and every perfect execution.

Acid was my key to finding my center inside the hoop and when I realized that I was unstopable. All I could think was I can't wait for my LED to come in the mail and to bring it to every show, park, event tha I could <3
