Ready for some yoga-hoop fusion? Learn how to hula hoop for the first time, or bring your own hoop and jam! We will have hoops for you if you don’t have one.

The last yoga hoop jam was a wild success. Make sure to sign up now! Workshop size is now limited to 10 to ensure you have plenty of room.

WORKSHOP AGENDA:

1. Use the hoop as a prop to warm up and learn some basic hoop moves from a yogic perspective. 
2. Freestyle hoop to music, and our hoop-yoga teacher Victoria will be available to give personal teaching to anyone interested.
3. Short restorative yoga session and a special guided savasana. We’ll have iced herbal tea and treats afterwards!

hey everyone! wanted to let you all know that hula hoop classes/jams will be starting at the guild in South Kingstown this fall!!! :) I'm really excited about this and I hope to see some of you there. I'll pass along more info once I know more about times/locations/ect.

Oh wow, up and kickin! Thats awesome :) Thanks for the tips you guys, and I hope to meet up sometime! I work in MA, so I typically get back to prov around 4pm Mon-Fri, and my weekends are open~
