I actually found it on someones blog which I cant find right now, BUT i did find the original site it came from. The design came from Trina Dinnis while studying the physics of a hula-hoop. I'm not sure about much else but here's the link:

Excited to learn more about this topic. My instincts tell me that I'm healing myself with the patterns I make, and I've been told that others watching that are seeing the patterns are also being healed. It's another way to make art and heal the world! Yay!

beautiful group... our hoop can do amazing things ...whether it is with leds and the colors you choose can affect your internal energy and chakras to the shapes that you make.... Even without leds our hoops can make some paticular patterns that will effect the energy flow surrounding us and our neighboring environent. I learned that just the circular motion of the hoop revolving around the body opens up and energizes our chakras especially our sacral chakra which is related to our pleasure and sensual aspects of our life. I am excited to see where this group leads :0)
