Hello Hoopers!

I invite you to join me and my collaborator, Sarah Starlight, for a "Double Trouble" a fun, twin hooping workshop in July.  This workshop is open to hoopers of all levels.

The curriculum includes:

*poi-style off-body techniques using two hoops;

*an introduction to using multiple hoops around the core;

*satisfying, easy-to-learn transitions and sequences for multi-hooping.
