My best suggestion would be to not think of them as separate parts of what makes you. Your body is a vessel of your soul, if you believe you can do something your body will follow. Our body's do have limitations though physically compared to how far we can expand our mind i.e. we can't fly :P But when it comes to hooping or any form of dance its a combination of picturing doing the move successfully, believing you will do it fully, and consistent practice for muscle memory to continue to allow you to do it correctly. Palm reading is an interesting subject and I've always had an interest in it. I have a very good book called "the palmistry bible". The lines on your hand can easily change though if you so desire by working on yourself and who you want to be.

Thanks alot!!! I'm definately going to start putting my mind and body together more and believe in myself. It's amazing what a person can do with a circular piece of tubing! I just have to be proud of what i can accomplish with it as well.
