We southerners finally have an awesome fire festival/retreat! Check out FLAME festival 2013, it's a great time! I'll be teaching this year alongside some incredibly talented flow artists from all over the country. It's super affordable and on the same beautiful land as Georgia's regional burns like Alchemy and Euphoria. Honestly I'd pay the ticket price for the great camping experience and the fire jams every night, but add in some expert-level instruction in over 50 classes and it becomes an event I can't miss. See you there Southeastern hoopers!!
