"Around the Hoop in 2 Hours"

Valentina has been traveling! She has had the opportunity to learn some truly AMAZING new moves from the best hoopers located around the globe! Follow Valentina as she takes you around the Hoop (World) in 2 Hours (much faster than 80 days!) This is a trick-based workshop that is sutable for ALL levels. Bring both on-body and off-body hoops. Also bring doubles if you have them because some of these moves can be done with both single and double hoops. Valentina will have hoops available to borrow and for purchase.

Intro to Hoop Burlesque!

Multi-taking at it's best...Hoop Burlesque! Tap into your seductive side! Burlesque is a beautiful, sexy art form that builds confidence and develops performance personality. When paired with Hooping, Burlesque takes on a whole new level of entertainment. Special tips will be shared about costuming, removal logistics, facial expression, choreography and music. This workshop will be a fun way to feel empowered by embracing and loving your body! Bring a hat (preferably a Fedora) and gloves. Valentina will have extra gloves to lend out.
