Join Jan Hoff, certified Nia Green Belt, and soon to be certified Bodyhoops instructor for a girly fun filled weekend that is focused on Nia, Hoop Dance & Restorative Yoga. This retreat includes all classes as well as healthy vegetarian meals and lodging at the beautiful Yoga in the Pines Retreat Center located approximately 24 miles northwest from Tyler in East Texas. The retreat is approximately 2 hours from Dallas & 5 hours from Houston.
