I will coming to Las Crusas, NM for 6 weeks for work starting next Tuesday (Oct 9th) and was looking for a local hooping scene to get involved with while I am out there. I spin fire fans as well as hoops!

Michelle, I'd love to join you at a park sometime the week of July 17-23, especially if we can get more people from around the area together. Maybe start a hoop jam?

I'm from the Boston area, and I'm visiting OKC through March 23, 2011.  Are there any local hoop jams this weekend?  If not, is anyone up for one on Sunday, March 20?  I have access to a vehicle & could meet you in your favorite park...  I expect to return to OKC July 17 - 23, if it would be easier to plan for something further out.

Tracy, i recently had a similar thing happen where a girl from Minneapolis was visiting her dad for a few weeks and was interested in hoop jams. We didnt have any at all! she sparked a flame though. It got me to start calling girls, emailing them, starting a facebook group - Viva Vegas Hoopers - Def with the help of Julie Schoolastra, a known hooper out here :). Its become pretty big though, and i see it continuing to grow. I highly recommend you and kristiana try to get some hoop jams together. :) So worth it, just takes a little effort and a little time. :) and i have met some incredible people!

Hey Kristiana!  If you're interested in hooping in Phoenix at all or visit, I'm totally down!  There is a Phoenix Hoopers group you can join on here as well.  There used to be more hoop jams, but I think we're in a rut.  Not too many happenings recently.  Maybe we can change that!  Message me if you're interested at all.

So I JUST found out like 30 minutes ago ill be moving to flagstaff in january with my dad (who ive never met) which is awesome and exciting,
but also maybe a lot to take in at once... Soooo if there are any hoopers out in flagstaff or nearby that want to meet up and hoop, or hang out i am definitely down!

is there anyone in the central texas area like temple tx or so? im looking for someone close to practice with and learn from. i picked up my first hoop at EDC in dallas and i wanna be around someone who can help me learn.
