Structure for hoop class
I can considering starting a Hoop Fitness class as well as a Hoop/Yoga Fusion class...
When creating these classes at a studio or a gym (I would love to know if there is a different experience between both, I have only done studio) how long do you keep the same routine or do you switch it up every week?

What I do with my class, I teach a move or a few moves in the beginning of the class, and then we all practice together for about the first 10-15 minutes, my class is 40 minutes, so for the rest they practice those moves
I showed and then just practice and freestyle and then I go around and help everyone out who needs it.
