This is fabulous, I just met a dancer who Hoops as well & I was absolutely stoked. Hoping to trade teachings of our talents - I wanna'learn to pole dance & she just started Hooping.

It's such a great way to challenge your flow and add sensuality to hooping. + it will improve your sex life ;D

Yes yoU will be covered in bruises if take up pole... but I think its worth it. Arnica works as does an epsom soak. Tiger balm for soreness.

lol you just get more from poling! I thought my hooping bruises were bad, but the pole bruises are waaaay worse. (For me anways.) Use lots and lots of arnica!

How do you deal with all the bruising from hooping? I imagine it wouldn't look very appealing when you're stripping.
