I know there are hoopers in Houston & on the NW side but anyone on NE side around the Kingwood Area? I have two daughters who love to hoop & I'm looking to get a group on this side together so they can learn some new things.

Karen, DFW has a relatively large hooping community due to an organization called Circus Freaks. They hold several events every week where hoopers can be found. Open Stage Monday, Circue Out Tuesday, Clown Gym Thursday and Spin Fest on the third Saturday of every month. www.circusfreaks.org

I am also a member of Amber Does Dallas Shadow Cast in Dallas so if you ever come to a show I will be happy to share anything I know. You can even bring a hoop and spin at the theater before the show if you want. We usually have free dance time and several of the cast members are baby hoopers.
