Come join me for an hour and a half of hoop fun! I will be teaching all levels so everyone is welcome!! I will also be teaching dance and transition technique as well as some new and amazing tricks! I will be teaching basics as well as technique to learn faster and heighten the experience of hoopdance!

You will leave with new tricks to practice, new technique to work on, a great workout and will have gained more confidence in the development of your hooping skills. You will be hoopin up a storm when I'm done with you!! :D
