Hoop for 100 Days Challenge - LOST 40 Lbs.
I am about the same hooping level I am in this video, though now I'm doing a few more tricks. This is from A YEAR AGO ... I took a 100 day challenge and lost 40 lbs. I am doing another one and you can follow me on YouTube or my blog Hoop for 100 Days Challenge

I have to admit that I'm really impressed at your written plan. You put a lot of thought into it and it shows.
I'm good at following or adjusting plans but not very good at making them and this looks like something that could work for folks like me. Thanks for sharing. I'll be sending lots of positive vibes for your journey.
P.S. I'm a burner too!! And your little girls tutu dress is extremely cute! :)

woohoo! are you going this year? I have a 6 month old and decided off the bat from last year that I would wait until she's a bit older. I am already wishing I could try to sneak in a few days but its just not financially possible. What a riot with those tickets!
I'm glad you like my layout. It took me a little while to compose, and I'm already seeing things I would adjust (like adding more variety to the last few weeks), but I'm very excited!! Thanks for the good vibes! Right back atcha
