Amy, thanks for replying. I actually am a Y member so that sounds perfect. Do I need to email anyone to get space in the class?

Pretty slammed today, but hopefully I can attend another time.

Thanks for all the info! And Im really looking forward to the class.

Welcome Arialle! For a good while we were holding a free Sunday afternoon hoop jam once a month at the Gateway YWCA where I teach regularly. However, my travel schedule was so chaotic it became difficult to do that over the summer. This month you'll have 2 opportunities if you want to join us at the Gateway; however since these are classes instead of a jam you'll need to make arrangements with me ahead of time to visit if you're not a YWCA member. This Tuesday, Sept 4th from 7 - 8 pm (Emily will be subbing for me and will be teaching beginning hoop skills). Also Tuesday Sept 18th from 7 -8 pm I'll be teaching hoop class there. It is for beginning & intermediate levels.

On the off-chance some folk want to get together this afternoon for a previously unscheduled and therefore un-official hoop jam, I'm game to coordinate something for 3:00 at the Gateway. Message me here before 2 pm if you want to do that, or via my cell at 336-577-6035.

hellooooo everybodeeeeeee! I have been looking for some kind of jam to attend for months and im from winston (bolton park area) and im so excited to come hoop with you guys next time. it can be fun alone but to me its ultimately something quite social and plus, when your stumped on a move it sucks to just have youtube vids to fall back on. ahhhh! sometimes it seems u can find exactly what you were looking for right under your nose :)
