Hey, i'm new to yoga but i want to incorporate it into my hooping more, it's already helped with my foundations, any good online hoop yoga tutorials or something like that? There aren't any local yoga/hoop classes near me.

so glad i found this group, i love yoga & i love hooping.. tonight i practiced some hatha yoga before i started to hoop ; it seriously centers me and allows me to flow better with my hoop..i feel "in tuned".

 ive learned discipline in yoga which has allowed me to advance in my hooping.
