Amma and Meditation
Alright-I've been contemplating attending Amma's workshops in July but wanted to find other people who may have been before to see if they enjoyed it and what they experienced. I always want to do more meditation-however, if you have read Eat, Pray Love- you'll understand the mental anxiety that can exist in meditation (I totally have it). The only meditation I have done was a yoga nidra class, where I felt like I went totally ape shit in my head as I lay still on the floor for an hour not moving. Amma seems legit-she does a lot for charity and has a positive message.
