Soo ive been saying for a while now that I want to start doing more yoga.. so finally i signed up for yoga & power yoga at school..so excited!! i just need some motivation! :)

i am a newbie to yoga..have done it a couple times last year ..
but i find that i need more flexibility so i am joining this group and taking some yoga classes this winter.

I'll be starting a 200 hour ashtanga/hatha yoga teacher training in october! I actually won a scholarship for full tuition for the program. I'm quite excited, and nervous about the amount of energy I'll be expending.

Right now I'm working on my BodyHoops and YogaFit training simultaneously and hope to teach a fusion class like Sue's YogaHoop in Ontario. :)
