So yoga hooping eh. I've seen videos of people doing hula hooping in yogic positions. And the yoga can really help achieve some hooping stances that are a bit tricky - like one legged knee hooping. try that in Tree POse *shivers* Are any of us yoga pros? I'd come out for yoga and hula hooping in the park for sure!
