Blooming Series One: Class Breakdown



In this class we'll learn an amazing transition moves like the Vertical Vortex and Back Rollovers like Pretty Pose and Prayer Pose that will allow us to move from off the body hooping to vertical chest hooping with smooth and easy movements. We'll also rock some fancy elbow hooping and add some new challenges to our knee hooping.

I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. In my bedroom held my boom box. Loud music would draw my angry step father towards my room. But I had to dance, so from a young age I would take a few preventable beatings so I could dance in my bedroom. I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing.  In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes.  All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession.
