Budding Series One: Class Breakdown

In this class we'll begin really smoothing out our chest hooping and knee hooping. We'll learn transitions to get out of knee hooping so we don't get "stuck" and a way to save it if it drops. We'll even learn how to walk comfortably and casually while knee hooping. Other cool moves like The Vortex and The Vertical Step Through will be broken down into easy to follow steps with variations and ways to combine with other tricks and turning while vertical hooping will open up windows of movement opportunity.
