Here we will play with variations to The Vortex with cool moves like The Pizza Toss and The Vortex Spin. We'll learn a variety of fun and fabulous moves that will add to our hooping vocabulary. More great vertical moves like and an Isolation, Front Roll Across and Arm Rollovers. Shoulder and chest hooping will also be explored in new ways.
