Rules: All contestants must be 18 or older, must be capable of securing travel to destination and obtain a passport. Only entries submitted within the contest time line will be accepted. Winner selected based on the total of hoop city likes. The Hoop City community will pick one winners from the photos entered to receive a fee ticket to Florida Flow Fest.
