Hooping with Minis One: Class Breakdown



Here we'll be introduced to the basics of Mini Hooping that has been inspired by poi spinning. We'll learn about common terminology like Planes, Same-Time, Split-Time, etc. what they mean and how they change the look of our spinning. We'll discover how to turn comfortably with our hoops and transition from vertical moves to horizontal moves. You'll be weaving around your backyard in no time!

I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing.  In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes.  All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession.
