What happens after Payment?


Class Details - I Paid But Can't Get Into the Classroom?

  • Invitations are NOT sent out automatically. Class invites are scheduled and sent out on Wednesdays. If you register on Wednesday, your invite may not be sent until the following Wednesday.
  • Invitations are sent to the e-mail address associated with PayPal account. Please check that address before sending a concern.
  • Also, check your junk box as the email may get filtered by some accounts.
  • Remember, you must be a member of the community in order to use the online classes. If you have never signed in before, you should see a "Sign Up or Sign In" option box to the right. Be sure to sign up to the website so you can access your classes.


After you've made payment

On Wednesday you will receive an invitation to join us in the classroom. This could be late in the day when you invitation is received. Your invitation with be sent to the e-mail that is associated with your PayPal account. Be sure to check your junk box because some e-mail accounts will filter your e-mails to reduce spam.

When you click on the link you will see an "accept" or "decline" option at the top that looks like this.


You can also click on the link in the right side bar to accept your invitation.


However, once you've joined the group all future messages from myself will be sent to the e-mail associated with your Hooping Community account. Please make sure your community profile email is your most current e-mail address. I will be sending out messages when a new tutorial is posted or any other related news.
