LOVE IT! Decoupage is one of my favorite past times! The corn on the cob is doing something for me! KUDOS!

Decoupage sounds like an excellent way to get images and visual textures on the hoop. This stuff totally speaks to me. Now I just gotta find some patterns.

It seems to be relatively sturdy so far. I bought some Outdoor Mod Podge, which I assume is thicker and waterproof, but didn't apply yet because I wanted to see just how tough the hoop is - don't want to add another layer if I don't have to. Also - decoupage is pretty cool because you can add to it forever, and thus repair a "ripped" hoop. You just find another piece of paper that fits, glue it on, and then put another top coat over that area.

Regardless, I will probably baby it for awhile :)
