Mermaid Parade Costume 01
I made the entire costume to be worn for the Coney Island Mermaid Parade next weekend (June 19).
The skirt is adjustable in length by simply pulling it down or up at the hem :-D The leggies mimic fins with sequins sewn down for the 'veins'.
