I would. I am in the process of reaming every news station and paper that decided to print and release information without checking their facts. It took me it seemed a life time to get them on board then they take down a young girls reputation in mere seconds before the family had even been notifi...
ed and continue to spread lies this morning. I am asking all 919 people in our LIKE list on facebook to Help me spread the truth about our Avery. SHE WAS NOT A RUNAWAY! THIS IS THE TRUE PRESS RELEASE!

Our Avery was taken against her will, drugged (estimated 24 hits of acid in 4 days as well as other drugs) and abused by her abductors for four horrific days. Avery is not out of the woods yet and we don't know the extent of her injuries, physically or mentally but we will all be here while she recovers. The report stated in the Denver Post yesterday and many other papers and TV stations followed and was released before the family even knew for sure it was Avery or she was seen at a hospital - Stating that Avery was a runaway and fine when caught today by boulder police. (Personal note: Not exact words, been a long 5 days but I am furious they think they are doctors and what if that wasn't Avery they parents had not seen her but she is not just fine and she had not been to a hospital or seen her parents before that was released.) She is at a local hospital and now can began to heal, physically and mentally. We would like to Thank everyone who helped search, share information and prayed. Denver Police's entire District 6 with special thanks to Sargent Marty Vanover and Detective Robert Salazar are just incredible people and fantastic officers and we are so very grateful to these folks . The Boulder Police I just can't say enough about especially Officer Abel Ramos and his fellow officers whom brought our Avery home to us! There are no words grand enough to thank the officers in Denver and Boulder that watched over our search teams of family, friends and fellow Circus-Your-Way kids while searching every nook and cranny of downtown and Boulder all the way up to Nederlands and down to Golden. And last but not least - special thanks to all of you that helped share Avery's information and helped bring her home.

And now for those of you who now will chose to spread the truth and save this young lady the grief of her reputation being torn apart before she even had a chance to face the world again after this horrible experience. How dare each and everyone of the news medias to print or report without even checking with one person who may have known the truth! I hope you can sleep at night and if you have a daughter, ask yourself, could you live with your actions if it were your child! SHAME ON YOU and I hope you have the guts now to report the truth! Also SHAME ON the PIO at DPD that released his opinion and not the facts. Your whole department is a shining example of how wonderful our officers are and we are ever so grateful for your hard work and dedication that brought our Avery home but this PIO needs to have a reality check, what if that was your daughter!) How Dare you! I hope you personally call the same reporters you told lies to and tell them the truth!
