What is your goal for 2012 and why is it important? (Doesn't have to be hoop related.)

i'm tall and play hoops (w/ball) regularly but the desk job took a toll on my hip flexors and back. Tried everything from yoga to pilates but they were hardly inspiring. One weekend, had to babysit my niece and saw her hula hoop laying around. Curious, I inevitably failed the first time but kept trying. I started from barely a half a revolution to where I can now hoop for a solid 30 mins. Hips are rotating, core is getting tighter and I feel great. The fellas gave me a hard time at first but they're slowly warming up to the idea after witnessing my new low post pivot moves.

Now I'd like to learn some new tricks especially hooping around the shoulders/ribs and neck. Looking forward to tips!
