I have been traveling  since winter and have not signed in to pry and comment.  We collected hose for hoops during resource collecting along the eastern coast to supply our art and food supply.  went out and bought some connectors now I have hoops.  There are about ten and so hoops  made some for me and a few for the women that I was traveling with when we collected all the resources necessary to construct and tape all the hoops. The bulter was so tired from shoveling so much snow.  I took to much of my ' la cliption formula' fo my run to the store and now I had a poor sleep.  A cliption Or one of my la cliption formula is something that givews you energy to run to the store or hoop for hours or a basic  morning cup of coffee mixed with a anti inflamatory.
