I've been trying knee hooping for a week or two now, I'm battered and bruised but I am determined.... I think I finally got it....
ok, I had to stop hooping for a week cause my knees were so blue, but I finally really got it!! Thanks Safire!! I got the feel for it now and understand the whole movement. I'm so happy, I never thought I would get there, but I kept trying little by little, and I got there.... thank goodness, I don't know how much more my thighs and knees could…
it's a journey!

There are days that I get impatient and I can't seem to accomplish a particular move, but I must always remember that it's a journey!
