Check out www.lovegave.com This group is keeping people on a 33 ft lift for over 50 hours in front of a walmart to collect bikes for underprivaleged kids in Charleston, SC for Christmas! They have a live stream going and its quite entertaining at the moment! I'll be hooping there tomorrow from 12-4 as well :) You can even give a bike online! Thanks for the support friend

I moved down here 1.5 months ago. 14 hours across the country by myself, no money, no job, knowing 1 person here, crazy I know. While the beautiful, historic city with wonderful beaches and warm weather are great perks, I was actually drawn here to help start a new church. There is an amazing group of people here with a beautiful vision. It is so exciting, inspiring, and motivating. My time here has really been incredible, although definitely not perfect. (I've also met some fabulous hoopers…

Hey lovely hoopers! I'm on the hunt for a ticket for Phish in Noblesville, IN on 6/19. I can only pay about face. If anyone can help me out please let me know! I had to sell my Alpine tickets cause I'm too broke to make that trip but plan on going down to camp at Deer Creek for a mini music fest before and after the show, now I just need a ticket! But if you're from around the area, the festival is that weekend at Green Acres campground, bunch of bands Thurs & Fri. $25 to camp, its gonna be…

I have discovered a joy, peace, and passion in hooping like nothing I have ever found before. Better than any substance, which only brought struggle anyway. When I hoop it is Literally the Only thing I think about, being inside the hoop. I have never found that in anything else, and go figure its a great work out! (I have always hated working out, besides cheerleading in high school)

ASHEVILLE hoopers!? drum circle?

I'm coming to Asheville this upcoming weekend from Charleston and would love to meet some hoopers, I know yall are up there! It sounds like the Friday night drum circle is a cool event... is this a good place for hooping? Anyone go or interested in meeting up?

I know, I would have loved to have been there for that workshop but those of us in Columbia didn't know anything about it! We definitely need to put a grapevine or direct response link up of some sort in place. Our group here in Columbia has about 40 members with a core group of about 15. We meet twice a week and then for special occasions. (Tues "hoop-ups" and Friday drum circle @ the river) Anytime you guys have an event, please let me know so I can attend and spread the word. We will have Caroleeena coming to Columbia June 11-13. Maybe I'll see you there if not before. You going to Hoop Con?

Hey Bella, I just realized I didn't reply to your last note. I'm so scattered and busy with work so my apologies. I'll give you a call tomorrow to figure out logistics. I'm still happy to crash at someone's place and happy to get a room at a nearby B&B. We can chat tomorrow. Can't believe this is happening the day after tomorrow. I am thrilled to be attending.

Hey Bella. I'm totally psyched about this too! I don't mind staying at a B&B or hotel, but if you have room, I'd love to stay with you just to have the good company. I don't want to stress you out or burden you in anyway. Seriously. I have a thermarest and my personal blankie so I'd just need a quiet place on the floor where I wouldn't be stepped on! If your place is full, there is a place I like to stay in Charleston so either way is fine. Cannot wait!
