I have a bitchin LED hoop from Cosmic Hooper...I love it, but shortly after I got it I downsized my hoops and now the LED hoop is too big for my liking. It's the equivalent to 3/4" and is about 37"…

Howdy hoopers!! I need some help...I want to make my own fire hoop, but no one out here on the internet will fork out how they make them. I want to do it right, so could someone help me figure out the best way to do it? In the mean time, HOOP IT UP!!!

Im off my cast now, that video is about 4 weeks old. I tried hooping a couple nights ago on my feet, it felt funny. Not really painful because I wasnt moving much, but I was soooo scared to do it. I found my self laying on the floor and doing lots of floor hooping hahha. How did you feel getting back in to hooping? where you scared? Does being scared go away?

I usually tape my hoops with a double crossed spiral of 1/2'' gaffers tape. I space the tape out so that it crosses over the LEDs on the inside edge of the hoop and the LEDs are not covered at all on the outside edge of the hoop.
