How about just any kind of song, as long as it's at least 3 minutes long? Let's post the vids in a week, so on November 12. That'll give us plenty of time, I think. I'm so excited~! :D

Oh, yay! I haven't had mine for that long (4 weeks!), so let's go with something easyish. How about a minimum of three spins in a row? Just the wand can spin around us, or we can spin our whole bodies, but some kind of 360 degree rotation. It's kind of hard for me to keep the wand level when spinning, so I really want to try! :)

Ive been hooping since the summer of 08, and Its been pretty much all I do in my spare time. I have got a lot of amazing opportunities coming up in the community here too. In fact next week I start teaching ath the local YMCA. i can't even tell you how excited I am. Hooping really did change my life in more ways than one.
