hi how do people remember what moves they have learnt while hooping.....I put bullet notes on A4 paper and put those in flip file sleeves behind the door in the bedroom .... also proud to own 8 hoops…

14 April 2010 - started learning shoulder hooping.....and my back is sore ........
30 April 2010 - one shoulder hooping has made my shoulder hooping smoother and better .....
2 May 2010 - learning windmill - right hand hurting alot.....I can actually feel the bones paining in the hand ????? will wait then try slowly again ....
10 May 2010 - learning angle hooping ..will try 10x each day ....then wait for the day when it happens like magic

started learning to shimmy from waist to chest without the arms .....but read some tips and info ....so will try it from chest towards waist and then hopefully it will all fall into place ....

I decided to get back to core hooping ....1 hr each day at least and then only can I move to mini hooping ....
