Pex Tubing Couplers

"Yes excellent advice!   I teach at Casa De Fitness in Independence and they provide the insurance for me.  Infact anyone who attends a class has to sign a paper..  but that signature is good for a year.   "

Hoop Certification? Where to find the $$

I am going on 5 years in the hoop.  I have had two babies and totally enjoyed my time.  Last year I taught some impromptu hooping in the park.   It took off  big for me...  People who came out told me they were comfortable learning from me. They told me that if I can do it they know they can to... So on and so forth.  It made me feel good about myself and made me feel great as these wonderful people found love and joy in the hula hoop and begin to progress doing vortex's and step…

Everyone knows that once you have a baby your life changes DRAMATICALLY.  All of a sudden your organized life isn't so organized.  One thing is certain children are a blessing.  Any parent in their right mind will tell you that they love their child more than anything.  With that love comes many sacrifices.  For example I buy buy buy for my baby boy, but I haven't bought myself a new shirt or…

Like most people the only hoops I had ever known were the super light $3 Wal-Mart hula hoops.  The kind of hoop that I haven't been able to use since I was maybe 7 or 8.  I had an awesome pink one back then with a white pin stripe.  I absolutely loved it until it was ran over by my dads truck.  Then I just moved on to something else that would interest an 8 year.

I didn't give hula hooping another thought until I was about 22 years old. I went to a multi-annual festival outside of Salem,…
