Visualizations…we did this very interesting hypno-meditation that was all guided on Saturday. By we, I mean my Reiki II buddies and I. At one point, I was dressed in silver hot pants and a white wrap top with a hoop that reminded me of the heart chakra. I was standing in my happy place (it looks a lot like the bubble garden room in the imagination mover’s warehouse) opening a chest of things that were gifts to me for the present moment. There were a lot of gifts in the chest but I only took 3.…  

I named my LED hoop. He is to be called, Light. As in Light Yagami. He’s a difficult but extremely beautiful dance partner. When I concentrate, he slips right through my fingers but when I give in to him, flow with him, he lets me keep up. We’re an interesting pair. My first hoop, my Superhooper day hoop is pink and black. She is called Misa Misa. She’s a story for another time.
