"In general, LED hoops are made to withstand normal drops and throws and probably won't break unless you really abuse them."

Hula hoops for beginners.

I've just started hula hooping and i'm finding I can hula hoop around my waist and around my legs really well with the heavy weighted hoop. But when I try it with the lighter dance hoop I can only do it around my waist and I can't seem to hoop it around my legs so it just falls to the floor. Is it just about getting use to the lighter dance hoop? Which ones do you recommend for beginners? Thanks!AyeshaSee More
