Just found this thread and am DROOoOOOLing over all the delicious hott clothing that everyone has found (love the Etsy thread). My question is, what's an unemployed (or cheap) hooper to do? A lot of these items are $100+ - and they're gorgeous artwork so it's appropriate. But, how do you make it work within a budget? Do you limit the number of costume items you have? Do you make your own for less? Let's share our tips for looking beautiful for less :) See More
